Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Please note that order processing may take anywhere from 3 to 24 hours after your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it, but you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

Since our products are shipped from various vendors, the return address will depend on the item you purchased. Please contact our customer support team at 1canarylane@1canarylane.com before returning any goods to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Missing Parts or Damaged Items:

If your furniture arrives with missing parts or is damaged, we’re here to help! Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide the following information:

• Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos or videos to help us assess the problem.

• Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item or offer a resolution by shipping replacement parts.

• Return Shipping: In cases of damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be sent back within 14 days after receiving the return authorization.

• Refunds & Replacements: Once we receive the returned item or verify the issue, we will process a refund or ship out replacement parts at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Change of Mind/Unwanted Items Policy:

If you decide that the item is not for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
